b. Key locations for aerospace, automotive, medical devices, electronics and other manufacturing industries with companies like Bombardier, Eurocopter, Polaris, Aweco, Friedrich, AE Petsche, among many other important manufacturing companies.

c. Regions like Reynosa, Monterrey, Queretaro, Guadalajara, etc.
